When will my pre-ordered book be shipped?

Our commitment to delivering an exceptional and memorable experience at our exhibition means that all pre-orders of our book will be processed and shipped after the event concludes. We anticipate dispatching your book by the end of February.

What is the estimated delivery time for my book?

For deliveries within Australia, please expect your book to arrive within 7 working days from the date of dispatch. For international orders, the delivery may take up to 3 weeks, depending on location.

Shipping fee: For orders within Australia, the shipping cost is set at US$14. For international orders, the shipping rate is US$19. All orders are sent via tracked & insured shipping services.

What's the policy on return?

  1. Time Frame for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  2. Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return, the book must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should remain unread and must maintain its pristine state. This includes no bends on the spine or covers, no marked or turned pages, and no damage to the book in any form. It is essential that the book remains in a condition suitable for resale to ensure eligibility for a return.
  3. Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.
  4. Return Process: Contact us at hello@vqpalette.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  6. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What if my book gets damaged in transit?

We prioritize the quality and care of our products, but we understand that, despite our best efforts, damages can occur during transit. If you receive your book with any damage, we are here to help.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Damage: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your book. This prompt reporting is crucial for us to address the issue effectively.
  2. Photographic Evidence: Include clear photographs of the damage and packaging it came with. This helps us in understanding the extent of the damage and in taking appropriate measures.
  3. Retain Packaging: Keep the original packaging, as it may be necessary for inspection or return shipping.
  4. Replacement or Refund: Once we assess the situation, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and the extent of the damage. Please note that we can only provide a replacement while stocks last.

Due to its unique and limited nature, once it is sold out, we will not be revisiting or reprinting additional copies.
